Delete Your Account

You have the right to delete your Kidab account and associated data at any time. This is protected under GDPR Article 17 — Right to Erasure.

Option 1 — Delete from your account settings

If you can log in, you can delete your account directly:

Go to Account → Settings → Danger Zone

Click Delete my account and confirm with your password

Your account is deleted immediately. You will receive no further communications.

Option 2 — Request via support (if locked out)

If you cannot log in to delete your account, contact us. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days as required by GDPR Art. 12.

Select Delete My Account as the issue type. Include the email address registered to your account so we can locate and verify it.

What happens when your account is deleted

This action is permanent. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. If you signed up with a passkey only (no password), make sure you have access to your registered email before deleting — you will need it to contact support if needed.
